Sunset Dixon Neighborhood sits between I-35, Parvin Road, Prather Road and 36th Street. We are one of the oldest neighborhoods in the Northland and were once stated, by a local newspaper, as being one of the best kept secrets in the Northlands. We have lovely old trees, a variety of home styles and easy access to anywhere in the Kansas City Metro area. We are an active neighborhood in both the community and within our own boundaries. Hopefully this website will offer our residents access to information about us as well as information to other services that may benefit them.
